Ahhhh ok so not just me. Yeh my midwife showed me how to do it the other day as I am being induced on wed 😁 God it's hard work for a tiny amount!!! I'll keep doing it though if it benefits my Puplett 💙 x

I was asked to but when I attended my 1st class about gestational diabetes she told me they be holding another class about what happens during inductions and will be shown how to hand express milk so baby can have extra colostrum stored up x

I was just interested if anyone else was asked to do it as I have not heard of it before 😊 x
