I tried meds before I got pregnant and it didn't help. I'm afraid of how fast my depression spirals. I will keep praying and try to be patient. Thank you for your input. I really appreciate it. @yogabump

Medication is not for everyone... But sometimes it helps. Talk to le Doctor. Meditate/pray/other grounding things but def seek help too!
