No I still put my son on the breast. I Also eat oatmeal everyday and taking fenugreek capsules @love160

I'm completely dry... But my daughter still loved to use the breast to calm down...I've been trying to my milk back but I haven't been successful.

I'm going to try the capsules.. where do you get it?

It will come back you have to be consistent. drink lots of water!! Try to pump every chance you get .if she still get on the breast it will come back. You can get the capsules at Walmart in the vitamin section. Do skin to skin that seemed to help too. Good luck 😘 @love160
