u can do it I did it use low tones in the contractions don't scream all that will do is hurt ur voice I had all back labor I had my husband and mom rub my hips & u feel amazing the next day

I'll be taking drugs to calm me down (serious fear of medical settings. I went into a full-fledged panic attack just at a doctors appointment.) but as of epidural, I'm going to wait as long as I can before taking it. I want to be able to get up and walk around and change positions as much as possible, and I don't want a catheter if I can possibly help it. But if I really can't stand the pain, then I will get an epidural.

You can do it :) I tried it the first few hours with my last one but had back labor and though as much as it killed me giving up I just couldn't handle the pain and didn't wanna put added stress on the baby.

I had two already all natural and it was the best thing I've ever done. The third I'll be having natural and in water. It's intense but amazing
