If you're going to have kids, please pickup your diapers. The outside, I literally mean right outside your back door, in an apartment complex is not your trash can. However if I see another size 4 diaper, which is not the size my youngest wears. I will leave it at your front door, with a sign saying. Your childs diaper not mine, and I refuse to get in trouble for nasty irresponsible self. You have four kids, amd should know better. My youngest wears a size 5 or 6, and is being potty trained. Also when diapers come off, the kids hand them to me. Not throw them over the balcony, and yes I know for a fact.
Sorry about this rant. Some people never grow up.

I think so, they'd also leave other trash sitting out there on front patio, boxes etc.
