oh! And baths and showers. ( I took a bath in the morning cos I woke up at like.. 4 on the dot for two months. shower for school. and a bath for bed... sounds like such a waste, but it helped me greatly.)

girlll @mom021915 been there. honestly. stretches help so much, walking after the stretches, warm compresses, gentle massages if your SO is willing, swimming when available. drinking a shit ton of water, if you don't already, Tylenol through all of this becos pain stress is bad for you and baby. good luck & I hope you feel better soon!!
