I haven't used anything of mine, or changed uo soaps. I only use his wash rags to wipe him off... @tiffanigypsy8 Thanks for the tip though.

it could be a heat rash but it also could be a rash from something with harsh soaps rubbing on them. i once used one of my hand towels without thinking about it to dry my baby's chest when he was a newborn and it looked like this.

mine was getting a heat rash like that. i gave him a bath every day and made sure he wasn't warm. he would just sleep in a diaper and it went away
