😭😭😭 I can't do this....

Hubby got home from work. I didn't come out of our room cause my back hurts so bad I can hardly move and I didn't yell out to say hi. This offended him apparently so he told me I wasn't allowed to come out. Whatever. I can't move anyway. He then looks over and happens to see me with my eyes shut since I'm in pain laying on a spiky ball trying to loosen a muscle in my back. And he whips the door shut. Cue PTSD panic attack. Ugh. Plus I've had a bad headache for hours and our baby has been sick today. 😭😭😭
