When did your child(ren) start saying a lot of words and phrases? My son will be 15 months on the 6th and doesn't say really anything. He mostly grunts when trying to repeat me like he wants to speak but it won't come out. My son also spazzes out when things aren't done how he wants or you tell him no to certain things and he also just cries randomly for no reason then stops and continues with whatever he was doing. Is this a sign of anything?

My son is the same way he doesn't say much but baby talk

Yes. He babbles and sometimes he'll say dada and mama but it's rare.

I think they're just waiting then one day they'll wake up having a full conversation with us and we'll be looking lost like where did all of this come from. Lol.
