I didn't take any and I leaked a lot before I had my son. I just pumped during labor and then breastfed once he was born. the hospital should have breast pads though

They hospital should have some and I took those all home with me "why not you already paid for all that stuff!"

@beezy_mcflyy, I leak a decent amount now but more when I'm sleeping. I do plan to breast feed. maybe I'll pack like four lol.

Unless you're leaking a lot now I'd say no...pack some just incase or if you don't plan to breastfeed. Otherwise your baby is gonna nurse on you so much that you won't need them lol
