Hi all. I'm 14 weeks today nd wondered if I have run out of folic acid is it ok to stop taking it or not yet. I keep getting told different things but feel it is making me feel sick so don't want to take it if I don't need to. x

I was on folic acid till I had my first midwife appointment then she gave me the healthy start vitamins to take for the rest of my pregnancy @little-one :) xx

You don't need to take it for neural tube defects anymore, its only protective before 14 weeks. x
I am on my second brand now. really want to stop if Im allowed but scared i should keep going for a couple weeks. ahh so much advice. :) x

I've took it since I've found out I was pregnant I'm 24weeks now! Just extra for the baby but you don't have to! If it's making you feel sick try a different brand x

They say to take it for the first 3 months, some people keep taking it but I didn't xx
Is it bad that I don't take my prenatals ?! They made me extremely sick at the beginning of my pregnancy and since I'm still throwing everything up I just don't take them 😪
Do you take your prenatals?? I mean like everyday? I'll be the first to admit.. I take them like once every blue moon. I'm trying to get better at it though. I forget easily, plus I don't like being constipated!

Christmas decorations? When do you usually take it all down? I don't want to. It's been a battle with babe and the tree. But I love it lol
I don't care how people take selfies. Do what you want it's not killing me, ruining my day or none of my business. I don't care about The background either. It can be dirty or clean it's not my house. Just take care if your babies.
