Tmi maybe? And not really pregnant related? I've been bitten by a insect and its swelling and weeping... I went to the pharmacy and they said call the dr as I'm pregnant I can't have anything from them. So I called my dr and they said to call again tomorrow.... Can you give me some advise on what to do/use? My sister in law said go to hospital? (I've got 2 the same size?)

Looks like a spider bite you need to got AnE and get some antibiotics or it could get infected X

get a biro and draw round the swelling, if later on today it's swollen beyond the line dial 111 or call your Dr's again, they'll be able to see how much worse it's got if you draw round it xXx

I had similar bites last week. 4 over my right leg! I think I reacted to them. I didn't go to the doctors but I Aloe Vera gel to help calm the irritation. (I'm also pregnant so couldn't use antihistamines).

Same as @mummywarwick said draw round it if it creeps out over the day go to a&e straight away. I get cellulitis and need iv antibiotics I've had it about 8-9 times now and sometimes I have to stay in. Weeping isn't a good sign either. Once I had numerous horse flies bites on my legs whilst out riding and both my whole legs did this all over. Till it felt like I was being set alight. I spent 1 day in hospital followed by 1 week of community nurses coming out to give me iv irtapenanen (sp) antibiotics at home. Other times I've needed two types of antibiotics of cephalaxin and pencillin p or something together not sure what u can have while pregnant but there will be something

i get the same sometimes and its an allergic reaction. i normally get cortison and anti allergy pills for it. but def. go doctor:)x

@Ho d1303, they said he didn't look good for only happening 2 days ago and he told me to rest with my legs up and book another dr appointment 😟

draw around it with a pen or sharpie or something but defo go see someone this can turn into cellulitis like mine did on my leg and if you leave it once it turns into cellulitis it'll eat away at your muscle until there's nothing left
