any recommendations on how to dry up your milk supply? little man chose not to breast feed and I can't use cabbage leaves because I'm allergic to something in them.

that's why I don't want to pump, @ciaramarie, I considered it, but I don't want to be tied to a pump all the time

I just quit & naturally dried up. I pumped for a month and it was the worst experience for me. :(
