My doctor says newborns have reflux they will spit up a lot but not to worry cause they will keep what the body needs

My son spits up after most feeds but he is growing and healthy

What kind of formula are u using?? my son spits up but having the right formula for him/her could reduce the amt of spit up. And maybe as ur giving him/her the bottle only feed 20z burp them and then finish feeding. cuz they might be drinking too fast and too much at one time and after every feed sit them up for about 30mins before laying them down .

maybe his stomach can't handle the breast milk, his stomach might be more sensitive bc he shouldn't be spitting up THAT much. I would ask his Pediatrician

Breast milk is gunna be the easiest on his tummy, he could have a milk allergy or maybe it's still just too much for him. Try and oz and burp him then maybe let that settle and 15 min later try the other oz

Or maybe he's just eating it too fast
