what is the best way to transition from exclusive breastfeeding to having to pump for work?
I'm a teacher and will be returning to work in August. the up side is that I'm working on block schedule and I'm part time, so I will be working every other day. what suggestions do you all have for me?

pump every 2 hours if you can. about 20-30 min is what I do. massaging breast helps more effective draining 9f the breast. nurse while with baby.

i am returning back to work, abs was told to keep baby's normal feeding schedule ie every 2 hrs, but instead of nursing you just pump. keeps your supply from dropping

You should start trying to introduce a bottle to your baby. My baby was taking one type of bottles and I needed her to latch more so she barely used a bottle and she didn't like the bottle anymore so I found another that she likes
