I lost all the weight I gained during pregnancy right after I had my daughter (I only gained 14 pounds) my problem is that I gained weight I didn't want BEFORE I got pregnant. I need diet tips that will work for me because I'm breastfeeding. A friend suggested a low carb diet but that's not recommended while breastfeeding. Any tips/advice will help! I'm looking to lose 15-20 pounds 😊

Walking is great but if you can work up to running that is even better. Even if for just 30 mins

Breastfeeding burns around 500 calories a day alone. If you add in moderate exercise and eat the bad stuff in moderation I think you'll do great! And water water water!

We went on a walk yesterday and I swore I lost at least a few pounds in sweat lol. I'm hoping breastfeeding helps me like it does other moms @britt16

I'm trying so hard but I love ice cream. I feel like I always have to have desert after dinner :( bad habit lol @lilbabyboy16 good thing I don't like soda that much!

Breastfeeding will help you lose weight! I'm three weeks pp and I'm breastfeeding. I only gained 10lbs during pregnancy and since I had her I've already lost 22lbs.
