Hello, I am 15 weeks pregnant. I'm having a really rough time controlling the weight gain. I've gained about 40 pounds. I'm struggling with edema and carpal tunnel. I live in the Lake Worth area and am looking for exercise and nutrition support, along with some advice.

@beth1984, for sure! I have worked with a lot of friends to help them lose weight before I got pregnant. I will send you my workouts once a day and see how you do with them! I am all about small movement, no jumping around, do it in front of the tv kind of workouts and I have had major results. I'll try to send you motivation as well! I think attitude and self esteem have so much to do with achieving fitness goals.
