Cleaned my living room and now I'm dying. I'm only 5 days pp. guess I should have listened to the Drs when they said to NOT do these things and to rest lol. Oh well I'm paying for it now. My crotch is THROBBING

I am nursing but they said it's okay to take Motrin and Tylenol. They gave me both in the hospital. I took some and now I'm resting so hopefully I feel better. I need to learn to take it easy. Just hard with a newborn and a 6 year old and Being a single mom. Not much time to rest @ethans_momma18

If you aren't breastfeeding, take some Mortin! It really worked for me.
