All this stuff is very useful honestly.. Begin a first time mom an all I'm nervous but excited to finally meet this bundle of joy! Thank you all!! I highly appreciate it!!

@babycharlie072016, I was induced with my first one bc of high bp and I would agree that that the contractions were painful. They put me on the pictocin before breaking my water, like a full day before. I would try to sleep and wake up bc they hurt so bad. They put me on magnesium and I threw it up, even though they said I wasn't going to throw up bc I hadn't eaten in 24 hours. The pushing wasn't bad even though I was exhausted. I did a tug of war with a towel and that helped me push him out. Really nothing you can do to prepare other than maybe eating up until they tell you not to so you will have energy bc they won't let you eat once you get induced.

They'll break your water and give you medicine to start contractions. Other than that you just wait to push baby out. Contractions weren't that bad for me at least. @babycharlie072016

I haven't been induced but my cousin was and she sais that it hurts more because your contractions are being forced to come and not coming on there own
