Okay, I am totally not looking for judgement because trust me, I did my research before doing this...I just found my bud that I saved from before I got pregnant and smoked a few puffs of a joint 😱 I have been thinking of having a smoke for a while now, and I did many months of reading to finally come to the conclusion that it was safe to do while breastfeeding and as long as I don't expose her to the smoke or do it very often, it should be totally fine and can actually be beneficial for myself AND her! I gotta say, I only took three small puffs and I feel so much better, I am totally relaxed and not in pain anymore...this could be the perfect thing for me to calm down and relieve my stress every once in a while....I need a small escape! I am always in pain, always so stressed, it just gets a bit much after a while...I love being a mommy and being there for my girl every waking moment, it just helps to get away and to hit the reset botton so to speak...
