Got checked for dilation on Tuesday because I was having contractions, and that was seriously the worst feeling in the world because I wasn't dilated at all..
@maciecakes, aw dang it.. The dr I saw told me that the further dilated you are, the less painful it feels... She was like "alright, relax your legs.. I got to get behind his head" and I was seriously scared 😂 I wanted to ask if he had a big head
It hurts just as much when you are dilated lol at least in my opinion. That was one of the worst parts about labor to me 😩
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Contraction questions
I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
I’m at a 1 1/5 if I dilate anymore within the next 3 hours I am being transferred to Odessa Tx because our my hospital doesn’t have a NICU.
Soooo I have decided that if by Monday I haven't dilated I'll opt for a c section.. Mostly likely they'll schedule that for sometime next week before or at 39 weeks. Because if by then I haven't dilated most likely I won't.. But if I have dilated I'll ask to be induced next week.

Because I can't sit here and watch Bolt for the 8,000th time, let's take a trip down memory lane!
It's horrible haha but I did notice when one nurse did it it didn't hurt as bad as when the other nurse did it so maybe it just depends on how they do it? I would get checked by the one that didn't hurt me (she was training) then the one who did hurt me to make sure she was right. I told her only the training nurse could check me from that point on but they didn't go for that 😂
