I am still having a little trouble understanding how to store pumped milk. I just pumped 3oz and I was wondering if I freeze it or just put it in the refrigerator? TIA

If you will be using it in the next few days, refrigerating it is fine. If your goal is to create a stash, I suggest freezing it right away. @mommyof2princessesp
