@mommajerbear, it was $379 from buybuybaby. I haven't used it yet, but from reading the reviews, it seems to fold and lay down with one hand.

I got the car seat set and like it. I would spend the extra money though and get a good stroller one that lays down... We got one as a gift but the stroller doesn't lay down
