I think maybe a few days after, it was a big mistake lol I don't recommend it. It will give you horrible stomach aches!

@vb95, I'm seriously craving ice cream. lol when did you start to eat regular food like you used to?

I had my gall bladder out, try to eat bland foods, no one told me that and everything I ate went right through me 😔 but since it's low fat maybe have a couple scoops!
