They did a study on rats and it showed that early exposure to ginseng caused birth defects in rat embryos. So doctors suggest you stay away from it during pregnancy.

It depends on the tea. Ginseng (it's in green tea and some others) isn't good while you're preggers. Other teas are really good like chamomile, especially if you're trying to relax. Soda is a personal preference. Some women try to stay away completely during pregnancy because of the caffeine, but others drink it in moderation (this girl✋🏼). My doctor told me not to cut soda completely out if I didn't want to because the caffeine headaches aren't worth it. Just don't be drinking tons every day.😊😊
