Sober enough to drive sober enough to nurse. Beer has yeast and that is what increases supply. Yea it might decrease if you drink a ton because it then causes dehydration. Drink a beer and a glass of water and I promise it will have no negative effects to your supply.

I read that it actually realistically worsens your supply. Also, the baby can't drink while there is alcohol in your system.
