Please don't be mean, this is just a question.
I haven't smoked a cigarette since 3 months before I found out I was pregnant. My daughter is now 2 months old & exclusively breastfed. ❤️😍
However I've been really stressed out lately and I would like to smoke ***A*** cigarette, and probably not even a full one. Honestly it would more likely only be a hit or two. No I won't get addicted by just one, I know my body very well.
Would smoking one single cigarette be harmful to my daughter, if I smoked it right after breastfeeding when she's ready for a nap? (Her naps tend to last 1 hour minimum, & 4-5 hours max but those are mostly at night.)
I've had a few. I was told that the half life of a cig is an hour and a half, so do it after you feed and it'll be out of you anyways. You have to smoke more than 15 a day for it to be fully in your system and have effect. I've done lots of research cause I was so worried but I occasionally feel like I need one.
I was the same way I stopped while I was pregnant and my daughters 5 weeks old and I started smoking again but I'm not breast feeding
Our bodies natural fend off harmful chemicals from getting into our breastmilk. You would have to smoke a lot more than one for the nicotine to reach your baby. If you have to have one definitely try to get one of the natural cigarette brands, that way you aren't getting a bunch of other weird chemicals into your system!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
I find it pretty hilarious how people who have shown their true colors on social media snake away, delete the posts that outed them and come back on social media like nothing happened. Why do that, you outed yourself, so stay out. We still see you boo boo...
I was gonna say the same as @shananaginsx , that's pretty much exactly the same info I found out when I was researching this
