Heartburn is really bad now, I couldnt sleep lastnight and now it hurts so bad I feel like I have to throw up every 5 seconds😭😭😭 Why now at the end of my pregnancy?????

Really thinking about taking out my nipple rings as bad as I hate to. My left one hurts sooooo bad. It stopped for a while but now it’s started back and I think it’s infected, but i don’t know why. I use my cleaner on it that I got from the tattoo shop and I don’t mess with them at all. 😭😭😭😭
