I am scared of the needle going in my spine for the epidural during labor. With my first child it was an emergency c section so I was put to sleep. But this time I will be wide awake and get to see everything. Just scared of the needle for the medicine. I know I'm a big baby so what ! 😩😩😩😟😞😒😒

It's really not that bad as some make it out to be. I understand that fear. The only thing your going to feel is a pinch and a couple of seconds of a burning sensation. You can always ask if they can put it through the IV.
it's not to terrible... I Def had fun trying to move my legs but ya just can't lol
Get the pain meds through the IV first. I was in the hospital for 3 days before I begged for the epi (that didn't work at all lol) and I honestly didn't feel anything. I actually ended up falling asleep over and over as the guy tried to put it in thanks to the pain meds lol
