What are some things you moms eat/drink to help boost your milk supply. I've seen charts of what to eat/drink, I jus want a more personal experience. I've been drinking Gatorade and water, and eating oatmeal and oat cereal bars...jus wanted to know what y'all do...;

I had made my own cookies with all the right ingredients and have been eating them and I didn't see any difference. The Gatorade has more the most noticeable difference.

Smart water, Gatorade, granola bars, oatmeal, almond milk, green veggies, lots of fruit, peanut butter

I eat oatmeal every morning, I have lactation cookies I eat everyday. my cookies include fenugreek, brewer's yeast. I drink about 6 liters of water a day. on occasion I will make a lactation smoothie too.

I'm told there are some really good lactation cookies, some milk teas for breast milk reproduction, and so on. I can't tell you from my own personal experience but I've been told by other mommas that they used those
