So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔

Is there anyone here who doesnt take prenatals? I feel like I'm the only one. I dont take it because I end up throwing it up. And it doesnt make me feel good at all. I stopped taking them around week 7 week 8 and now that I'm almost 15 weeks, I'm feeling way better. I would have morning sickness everyday... now its hardly. I feel like a bad mom already but I'm eating healthy well plenty and drinking lots of water. Can someone ease me? I've heard of moms not taking them and having a perfectly healthy baby.

if you haven't had your pp dr check up wait for sex until 6 weeks unless you feel no pain down there or no more bleeding just go slow if I really can't wait. also you wait if you tore during labor bc of infections

To stop bleeding and heal fully. Also you're super fertile. But go for it if you want to. Go slow and use protection
