I used poise adult diapers. they worked amazingly but they weren't as comfy as the mesh ones. but they worked better for me

I just bought the really long always overnight pads. They were awesome.

I've been thinking of doing the same thing and using diapers instead. I've looked at some at the store and they make ones that are a bit pricey, but they look like regular underwear. I was thinking of trying those. I cannot do pads, they didn't work out when I was a teenager and they definitely won't now.

I loved the mesh undies they came in handy when I needed ice down there they held it in nice for me 😂😂
