I put a burp cloth under my shirt if I don't have a bra on. I leak no matter full of empty 😪

I'm going to try those @shananaginsx @cubanese because it's so messy . I just put a rag on the other side so milk doesn't get everywhere

I sometimes pump that side while feeding when I'm that full cause the same happens to me.
