pissed off right now because they towed our car for nonpayments which i understand and they said we have 10 days to get it out so we got the money in 2 or 3 day but they were closed on the weekend so we called to pay it today and to find out the took it to the fucking auction place now we have to pay more to get it out of there why tf do we have to pay it get it out they didn't tell us it will go there they were suppose to hold it for 10 days so now we have to get more money to get that because they don't want to pay to get it out when they weren't suppose to the take it there in the first place so now that's less money to get the last of my babyshower stuff and stuff for the baby I'm just fed up with all this shit already I just want to give up

That's bs. I would sue them if they sell your car cause that isn't right for them to do that at all

Yeah we are waiting for this lady to call us back tomorrow to see what they say and if they sell our car imma fight for all our money back we paid them 1100 today for our car
i know you might need to speak to a legal person when you can because they shouldnt have even taken it that far for it to be your responsibility to have to get out if you didnt go over your initial grace period
I would call a higher power and tell them the situation cause like @newmommy72816 said it's against the law for them to auction it before the given time set

Yeah but they said they would hold it at the lot they didn't tell us they were taking it to the action so we paid the car and now we have to pay more to get it out of the auction
if you didnt go over the 10 days by law they cant auction it they have to hold it for that period of time even for you to get your things out i know its like that here i would check on that
