I've been feeling so so sick these past couple days. I'm cramping after feedings, that hasn't happened since I was still in the hospital. Everything I eat makes me feel nauseous, no I'm not pregnant. I'm having hot flashes and my legs and feet are swelling all the time. Overall just feel real weak. I'm sure this heat isn't helping either but what the heck is going on with me? 😩

The OB may know more about hormones and whatnot, so I would start there...I am using a GP cuz we moved and I don't have an OB anymore lol but if he/she can't figure it out you could always have your GP take a look, too!

Not sure about that one, that could be a pinched nerve perhaps though? Definitely bring that up to the doc, I'm not sure if that can be hormone related...Girl I know how you feel though, I am almost 10 months pp and still having troubles with my hormones, my periods were evening out to once a month now all the sudden I have spotted two weeks after my last and now am like 35 days into my cycle with no period, but last week doc said I wasn't pregnant so I got some lab work done and am going to discuss the results tomorrow at my check up...he checked my prolactin (breastfeeding hormones), my thyroid and something else...hopefully we get some answers!!!!

@hellosweetie, I am breastfeeding but this makes so much sense! I have my checkup next week but I honestly don't know if I can wait that long. I'm also having a pain that feels like I starts in my right groin and gives me a tingling sensation all the down my right leg to my toes. Would that be apart of my hormones too?

Are you breastfeeding? I'm asking because your hormones can be too high or too low in certain areas, causing these symptoms...it could also be (if breastfeeding or even not breastfeeding) you body trying to get back into a rhythm and start your menstrual cycle, which can make you have all sorts of pregnancy-sounding symptoms lol I had a scare almost 3 months pp because I was having all the symptoms I had right before we found out about my first baby, but it turned out to be my period coming back, which threw me off cuz I never had those symptoms before with a period! I would ask your doc to check your hormone levels if you can, that way you can get some answers and possibly do something to relieve those symptoms, hormone imbalances can cause emotional issues too so if you catch it early hopefully you don't have too hard a time!
