I don't know if this is contraction but underneath my stomach (only the right side) is cramping including my right legs…

I don't know if this is contraction but underneath my stomach (only the right side) is cramping including my right legs and it's like every 3-5 minutes.. It's hurts so bad... I'm 37weeks and suggestions of what it might be
