I wish I can post a video but when my son has the hiccups his chest caves in deep and it looks really scary! I'm sooo freaked out and of course I google it and it says he could have mafran syndrome :/
My hubby says it just cuz he barely 6 pounds and so small and that's why his chest caves in when he has hiccups but idk :/
Any mommies know anything about this
Not yet, his doctor said since he so young and still growing even if it was a problem they can only keep an eye on it because any surgery they do he will grow out of it. @jennaboo it can affect his breathing though
mine hiccuped after every feeding for the first couple months. then only a couple times a day. now once every couple days. :) I was worried about it to because my little was born with underdeveloped lungs and she's fine and it's normal. :)
mine did that too. she was 4lb11oz when we left the hospital. hiccups are a good sign though. it concaves more when they're smaller in size
Oh okay! @aydans.mommy My son hiccups after ever feeding n randomly during day that's why I get so worried cuz he hiccups so much!
Nope, I always forget when I go to the dr...but he's had the hiccup there before and they didn't say anything, so I'm assuming it's normal for the simple reason that it got better and now when he hiccups it's normal
Good I hope he never does. @rennysmommy
