After I gave birth to my son, I was shocked when I looked in the mirror for the first time a couple of hours later after birth...I had red spots on my face and around my eyes, almost like freckles but red. The nurse told me I had burst a bunch of blood vessles in my face from pushing so hard. Do they go away after a few days. Did anyone else have that?

That happened to me too! I got them all over my face and my shoulders. I even got a black eye. Thank God the nurses that admitted me knew I didn't have a black eye before labor or else they would've thought someone punched me lol the nurses that didn't see me before labor would ask me if I was okay & then look at my husband. My husband just said "not me" every time lol 😂😂😂 they eventually go away though ☺️
I had them really bad and in my eyes as well in it took weeks to go away. Hopefully yours aren't as bad
I did. They went away after a couple of days.
