so yesterday I went to have a routine ultrasound and they sent me to the hospital where I was diagnosed with preeclampsia and I ended up having two back to back seizures.
well, they decided the best thing for baby and I was to have an emergency c section.
River Borden Govoni decided it was time at 34 weeks. He was born June 17th, 2016 at 3:41 pm weighing 4lbs 15oz 17 inches long.
I was placed in ICU for over 24 hours and was just transfered to woman and infants where my little man is in NICU.
I haven't been able to see him yet, but I'm so in love.

@rockysmommy, I was miserable yesterday and the day before but now that they gave me a belly band and its been a couple days I'm starting to become more mobile. it still hurts a lot but way better than it was. I'm just sad that I've only seen my baby once
I had a csection too because he was breech it sucked afterwards plus I hated seeing him hooked to the machines but he did really good and I fell in love instantly. They grow faster than you know it. They're four pounds now but in a month they'll be heavy and wear your arms out :) how are you doing now?

I had the same just no seizures. I had my little man at 34 weeks 5 days and he was 4lbs 1oz hope your baby is a fighter like mine if so he'll be perfectly okay ❤️ I hope everything is going good. I didn't get to see my baby until the day after I had him.
Omg he's so freaking handsome!!!!! In a lot of cases babies go home around 36 weeks so hopefully he has a short nicu stay. Let me know if you need to talk about anything preemie/nicu related. I saw you had preeclampsia, so did I. I hope you're able to recover quickly. *hugs!*
