Hahaha! I just looked up contraction timer, you literally just push a button to start and then stop, helps getting an idea of when to go! Xx

@mummywarwick, have someone else time them for you! I timed my own at the beginning but struggled during the night when everyone was asleep so got my mum to do it in the morning! I phoned when they where irregular but lasting a minute and they told me I had to be atleast 3 mins apart and lasting a minute. I went when they where 3 mins apart and lasting 1 minute and a half to 1 minute 45 seconds, was 7cm when I got there. But just go whenever you feel you need pain relief x

I'm always really vague on this app 😂 and sorry @mummywarwick for taking over your post. do you have the pregnancy + app? that has a contraction timer on it. I haven't used one but it's probably a good idea coz they're difficult to time otherwise and who wants to be writing shit down when in labour

I didn't have time. My came so thick and fast, if I hadn't have left for the hospital when I did we'd have been stuck in a line from an accident and I'd have had baby in the car. (We were one of the first cars to be let round an accident that had just happened) I was screaming at my mum to tel her we need a police escort like a little monkey hanging off the hand rails in the back of the car hahaha xx
