What are the effects of antidepressants on breast milk? I was on Zoloft prior to pregnancy and I need to go back on something. I plan to EBF as long as possible

I take Effexor and have my whole pregnancy and am ebf and baby is perfectly fine.

I would think asking your doctor would be the best idea here..
