Has anyone tried KT tape? While pregnant or not? I have a bad back without pregnancy, and I did something wicked to my back today. I'm curious if the tape actually works to alleviate pain.
C section moms How did you get the tape of your body? I have tape everywhere, well not the tape the stuff from the tape I can't get off for nothing somebody help please

i used it on my wrists because my hands fall asleep at night and it worked great! haven't tried it on any other body part.

I have used it for sports events for my knees and ankles and it is amazing, I can't see how it would disappoint in using for pregnancy! Once I get big I will definitely be giving it a try!

YouTube has tons of videos. And honestly they have tons of videos on the KT tape website, I bet they will have videos for pregnancy too.
