How much dilated/effaced do you have to be for the hospital to keep you there????

@lexirosex3, I was sent home when I was at four with baby number three. I didn't make any changes so they sent me home. I had him two weeks later.

@lexirosex3, depends on progression. I was told that if no changes are made in an hours time they will send you home unless your water is broken
I only live 3 min from the hospital though so they gave me the option. I was much more comfortable at home
Depends. I went home at 4 cm and 85% to labor at home lol. I ended up back 6 hours later at 7 cm
yeah but if your water breaks they will keep you even if you are not dilated much
effacement doesnt really matter.. BUT u def have to be atleast 4cm..
