9 months and I had terrible back pain last night so bad it made me cry..I've had back pain from him before but not this bad...and now this morning I'm having period like cramps....I've what to do. I don't even want to get out of bed.

I agree with @aimeefrye sounds like real contractions. I downloaded a contraction app it helped a lot!

contractions, time them. I had horrible back labor when I had my baby.
