What can I do if my one week old is constipated

when that happened to my son the doctor recommend we take a qtip & rub it gently on the rim if his butt hole in a circle. it relaxes the muscles. if you aren't comfortable with that you can also use a warm wet cloth & rub the hole with it. be careful though depending how backed up he is it could come out right away if not in a few minutes or a half hour but he will poop.

Rub baby's belly counter clock wise. Gently cycle babys legs like a bicycle. Are they breastfed or formula?
