I was but was forced on leave by my boss because of high blood pressure and it didnt help I worked outside in the heat so she made me go a week earlier than I wanted.
Plus my baby just dropped and so every step I take feels like fire in my uterus and hips. I won't make it working until my due date but I can't afford to get fired which is exactly what would happen.
@lovely_girl211, @imhermomduh, Yeah I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow. I'm at nutrition aide at a hospital so I'm in charge of pulling the trays on and off the cart, bending over to get to the bottom.. 50 trays of dishes at a time.. Bending down to stock the bottom of fridges. Not to mention if a patient needs ANYTHING it's my job to run it all over the hospital. Plus the carts we take food on are bigger than me! And I have to push one and pull one at the same time. Yet my bosses are upset when I take a 10 minute break. Its killing me.
I worked till the end literally I went to hospital at my lunch break in labor😳😂😂 I can't just sit around I have to be moving..but I totally get not working past like 36
Yeah when I was pregnant with my first I had to stop working. I worked retail and would get dizzy and black out sometimes! The managers wouldn't even let me go home without threatening to fire me. So I just left. I didn't need that and I eventually even was put on bed rest.
