Trying to poop after pushing out a baby is scary and hard lol

Omg I was so scared to poop. I even told my dr. It didn't help that I pushed really hard so my lady parts aren't the only thing down there that need to recover. I just stay on top of stool softeners and when I had my first poop I did a lot of breathing and made sure I didn't strain.

I understand I literally cried last week when I pooped the first time after having him cause it hurt so bad!!

worst day of my life! I cried. I tried to motivate myself but instead I kept on crying lol.

I sat on the toilet bawling my eyes out with my first lol. I had an episiotomy so it made it that much worse too. Torture
