Is it possible to give birth at a birth center with a midwife if you have gestational diabetes?

if you have gestational diabetes most birthing centers will turn you down

Most birthing centers only accept completely healthy pregnancies with no medical conditions. You can try and ask all the ones in your area but most will turn you down. I want my next baby to be a Vbac but, from what I researched, I have to in a hospital. :/
