Mine is only 2 hours long this Friday and next Friday, don't think I would be able to sit for 4 hours straight lol @lellytoosh82 xx
It's nothing to worry about...at mine we sat for 3 hours +so expect to get really uncomfortable and a numb bum) the midwife went through every single detail from start of contractions to birth (didn't do any breathing excersizes at all) then had a tour of the birthing suites then back into the room for another half hour or so..lasted around 4 and a 1/2 hours in total...I was bored out of my brain..hopefully yours will be better lol xxx
Oh goodness, my OH has a 7 year old son so he's a bit out of touch and never went to antenatal classes before @sweetsesame xx
Haha mine will go with me too but he says he'll feel like a fish out of water. I need him to go as he's never babysat any kids or been around babies x
Well my OH is coming with me but don't know how much help he will be lol @sweetsesame xx
Hopefully you'll be ok hun, usually other 1st time mums who are nervous like yourself x
I hate going to thing and not knowing what's going to happen or who's going to be there, I suffer with social anxiety so it's going to be really hard for me to actully get myself to go into the class but we shall see :/ @sweetsesame @homely.mummy.no2 x
Let me know how you get on. My husband and I have one Saturday 😂
I only went to one with my 1st. I felt too embarrassed to go on my own as I was only 18 and my Best friend at the time couldn't always go with me. I'm feeling very nervous about classes. I start next month x
oh your lucky then...I'm sure t will be an for you :) xx
