@sharonpaige13, Try another you need to set up a meeting. If not just keep pumping and even if you go back to work they have to follow the breastfeeding laws and allow you to pump ever 2-4 hours.
@zombiebert, I have one in the area I talk too she hasn't been much help and I'm going back to work here soon so I'm worried I might have to switch to formula
@sharonpaige13, let the baby nurse as much as possible to help the milk supply back up. There is also lactating cookies you can make oatmeal is very helpful. ΡΡΡΠ»ΠΊΠ°
@mygiftof2016, Ok with teeth the baby has to learn to nurse again but with them so sometimes they do end up biting I've found that with pulling the nipple away and saying no works the best babies don't like it when they don't have their milk, with solids usually start at around 6 months or when the baby's Tongue-Thrust Reflex has gone away and treat solids as a snack until they are one breast milk is their main meal, feed solids in between feedings not before don't want to fill up and ruining your supply. One is when breastmilk becomes a snack and food become their main.
I need help on getting my supply back up :( it's dropped when I got mastitis horribly! Been taking fenugreek for a week and drinking tons of water and I do get rest! I went from being able to store milk to barely making enough for my little guy :(
I have a ? I'm aiming for at least 2 years bf but wondering what do u do when the teeth come? also how do I find out how much he should eat when he starts saying solids? also when do babies even need to eat food? I heard they don't need it for nutritional values till age 1(obviously introduce earlier but not sure about all this).... thanks π
Your milk doesn't come in till 3-4 days after the baby is born, his or hers first meal is Colostrum or first milk, it helps the baby's immune system. @lynna0909
